Where is The Factory located?
The Factory at The District is situated in the heart of Zhongshan city, China, at No.61, Dongfu 4th Road, Dongfeng Town.
It is conveniently located 95KM away from Guangzhou Airport and 107KM from Shenzhen Airport, making it easily accessible to both domestic and international customers.
How can i get a testing samples from your factory?
- We take pride in using new materials to assemble samples for each model. To ensure the quality of the samples, we put them through a complete testing process before shipping.
- Please note that we charge a sample fee, which can be paid via PayPal or bank transfer.
- We guarantee that the sample fee will be deducted after the actual order confirmation, or we will provide the same amount of spare parts with the bulk order.
What kind of product customization service can you provide?
We offer various transportation solutions based on the quantity of your order. For orders below a full container, we prioritize LCL transportation. The factory covers the cost of one-time freight from our warehouse to your designated freight forwarder’s warehouse. Please note that we only cover the cost of freight once for batch shipments.
For orders that meet the minimum container requirement, we prioritize FOB Xiaolan export.
We also provide customization options for color, logo, color box, outer box, manuals, and other packaging needs. Just let us know your requirements and we will do our best to accommodate them.
What kind of inspection standards and processes are accepted by the factory?
- We conduct a comprehensive inspection of surface treatment, magnetic strength, and production process, in accordance with AQL inspection standards, to ensure product quality.
- For initial cooperation, we follow the factory’s regular standards for the production of large quantities, and we will inform you of the specific standards.
- Before signing the contract, it is essential to clarify all the details of the product requirements. We do not accept any changes involving complete material preparation. If changes are necessary, the buyer must bear the cost of scrapping old materials and purchasing new ones.
How to communicate more effectively with your factory sales?
- All important instructions from the buyer, such as order procurement, remittance, packaging materials, and special requirements, must be formally issued through email instructions.
- We do not accept any temporary decisions unless they are analyzed and approved in advance.
- All promises made through instant messaging software between the factory and the buyer must be followed up with an email confirmation and archived as evidence.
What if the tested sample does not meet the expected requirements?
- In case the sample is defective due to our production process and we fail to detect it, we will immediately provide a new sample for you to test as soon as possible. We will cover the shipping cost for the replacement sample, but you need to provide corresponding videos or pictures to prove the defect.
- If the issue is related to the product’s structure or design, we will listen to your feedback and adjust the sample accordingly to meet your requirements.
- It is essential to provide us with complete and detailed instructions before we proceed with the sample production to ensure that the final product meets your expectations.
How do we avoid damage to our products in transit?
- To ensure sturdy packaging, we use gift boxes to pack each product. We design the corresponding outer box based on the size of the color box, and use 5-layer materials that can withstand a drop test of 100%.
- We also use straps to reinforce the outer box. For some color boxes, we use heat-shrinkable film for added protection to prevent damage and scratches.
- If required by the customer, we can use woven bag packaging for additional protection.
How long is the factory warranty for the products I purchase?
- We offer a one-year warranty according to our regular factory standards. Before placing an order, we will discuss the acceptable defective rate, such as 1%-3%. If the defective rate exceeds the agreed-upon rate, we will use consumer feedback as a reference for handling customer complaints.
- In the case of batch failure, we will communicate and provide solutions promptly, including the replacement of free parts or a product recall for reproduction.
