CNC is an automated machine tool equipped with a program control system. The control system can logically process the program with control codes or other symbolic instructions and decode it so that the machine moves and processes the parts. CNC is the abbreviation of the English Computerized Numerical Control, also known as CNC machine tools, and CNC lathes.
CNC is Mainly used for the large-scale processing of parts. Its processing methods include; turning the outer circle, boring, turning the plane, etc. CNC can be a written program, suitable for mass production; the production process of a higher degree of automation.
In 1952, the United States Massachusetts Institute of Technology( MIT) developed the world’s first CNC machine tools. CNC machine tools in the manufacturing industry, especially in the automotive, aerospace, and military industries are widely used today. There has been rapid development in CNC technology; both in terms of hardware and software alike.

Processing the shape of complex parts does not require complex tooling. If you want to change the shape and size of the parts, you only need to modify the parts processing procedures, suitable for new product development and reshaping.

High machining accuracy, high repeatability, and adaptation to the processing requirements of aluminum.
Small batch production
This leads to higher production efficiency and profit by reducing production preparation, machine tool adjustment, and process inspection time. Also, due to the use of the best cutting volume, there is a reduction in the cutting time.
Efficiency
It can process complex surfaces and curved steps which are hard for conventional methods to process. CNC can even process some unobservable processing parts.
The CNC process for aluminum is one of the common production techniques used by Feiyu companies.
